These terms govern use of this site and of the 951-416-3501 call line operated on behalf of Vmeus LLC. Using either constitutes acceptance of the terms below.
Referral-Only Relationship
North American Plumber is an advertising and referral service. Vmeus LLC holds no plumbing contractor license and performs no plumbing work of any kind. Every job arising from a call is completed by an independently owned and operated, licensed and insured plumbing contractor, not by Vmeus LLC.
No Guarantee of Pricing or Outcome
Figures, savings amounts, and availability described on this site are informational and are not a quote, contract, or guarantee of any specific price, timeline, or result. A written price is provided by the dispatched contractor only after an on-site inspection, and only that contractor's quote is binding.
Contractor Responsibility
Estimates, workmanship, materials, permitting, warranties, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the plumbing contractor performing the work. Any dispute regarding the quality, cost, or outcome of a repair is between the homeowner and that contractor.
Promotion Limitations
Advertised savings apply only to qualifying work as determined by the dispatched contractor, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
Content and Trademarks
The text, layout, and design elements of this site belong to Vmeus LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission. The North American Plumber name and mark may not be used without consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vmeus LLC is not liable for damages arising from plumbing work performed by a dispatched contractor, from reliance on information found on this site, or from the unavailability of the site or the call line.
Indemnification
Use of this site and the referral service is at the user's own risk, and the user agrees to hold Vmeus LLC harmless from claims arising out of that use, except where caused by Vmeus LLC's own conduct.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Vmeus LLC may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page.
