How to Submit a Request
A request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information can be submitted through either of the two channels below:

Verification
To protect against fraudulent requests, enough information is asked to reasonably confirm the identity of the person making the request, such as a name and the phone number or address associated with the call or visit in question.
Authorized Agents
A person may name an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. The agent should be prepared to provide written proof of that authorization, and Vmeus LLC may still contact the resident directly to confirm the request.
Response Window
Requests are acknowledged and acted on within the timeframe required by California law, generally within 15 business days for opt-out requests.
Non-Discrimination
Submitting an opt-out request will not result in denial of service, a different price, or a different level of quality for anyone contacting North American Plumber for plumbing dispatch.
